1. General Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once service processing has started or service has been delivered.

2. Nature of Services

We do not sell or bill for Satellite TV plans directly. All plan activations, billing, and service charges are processed by third-party providers. Therefore, we cannot issue refunds for charges billed by them.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

• Service has already been initiated or completed
• Customer provided incorrect or incomplete information
• Service is unavailable at customer’s location
• Missed or rescheduled technician appointments
• Duplicate submissions or repeated service requests

4. Third-Party Provider Refunds

If you made payments directly to a service provider, their own refund policies apply. HD Options Hub does not manage third-party billing and cannot process refunds on their behalf.

5. Billing or Technical Errors

In case of accidental or duplicate charges processed by our website, verified errors will be refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Cancellation Requests

Cancellations are only eligible if processing has not yet started. Once your request has been assigned or submitted, it becomes non-refundable.

7. No Guarantee of Approval

We do not guarantee approval for TV service activations. If a provider denies eligibility or installation, refunds cannot be issued for services already rendered.

8. Policy Updates

This Refund Policy may be updated at any time. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
